A research proposal should include the following:

Contribution: What the research will contribute to the current understanding of the subject
Bibliography: A list of sources used in the research
CV: The researcher's CV
A research proposal should also include an abstract, which is a brief summary of the study.
The abstract should include the primary research question(s), the hypothesis or main argument, and the method(s) that will be used to complete the study.
When writing a research proposal, it's important to ensure that the research idea is clearly stated and well-grounded in academic research. The proposal should also be well focused and conform to the submission requirements.
