Steps for Online Registration:

Step 1 : Registration Process.

The application shall be treated as complete only if all the three mandatory Steps (Step1, Step2 and Step3 (if applicable) ) are completed successfully. In case candidate is not able to submit fee (if applicable) by closing date and time, or the application is otherwise incomplete, his/her candidature will summarily be rejected. If fee is not applicable, candidate must check on STEP 2 to complete the application otherwise it will be treated as incomplete/rejected.

Applicant can view the Application details from the PREVIEW Application menu option available on the home page /Dashboard. Applicant is required to make sure that 'Application Status' on Preview is either “Application Submission Completed Successfully, Payment Completed (if applicable) otherwise application will be treated as incomplete and summarily rejected.

2 : Scanned copy in single PDF file(Size less than 3 MB) of Id Proof, Essential educational qualification, Experience,Residence Certificate,Income Certificate, Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) if applicable,achievements/awards,Physical Disability Certificate (if applicable),Other Relevant Documents.

3 : Credit card/ Debit card / Bank details if Fee is applicable

Important Instructions:

Applicants are required to read the eligibility criteria carefully and refer to the section "How to Apply" from the top Menu.

Application submitted through online mode does not imply that candidate has fulfilled all the eligibility criteria/conditions. DSPMU will not check/verify the educational/experience certificates etc. of the candidates at the time of appearing in the written examination and it will be the sole responsibility of the candidate to satisfy whether he/she meets the prescribed criteria. However, the documents will be verified at any point of time during process of recruitment. Applications are subject to further scrutiny at the time of interview and any point of time during the period of service. The application will be rejected if it is found that the applicant does not fulfill the eligibility criteria or has misrepresented/suppressed the information. The applicants are requested to ensure their eligibility for the post being applied for before filling up their application.

Terms and Conditions:
  1. It shall be mandatory for the candidates to upload all relevant certificates and other relevant documents including Caste Certificate, Research Papers etc on the website of the University while submitting online form.

  2. Candidates shall be shortlisted for interview in accordance with guidelines mentioned in 'Statutes on Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and other Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges and Measures for the Maintenance of Standards in Higher Education-2021; in pursuance to UGC Regulation, 2018'

  3. Shortlisted candidates shall be intimated via mail/voice-call.

  4. Shortlisted candidates have to reach University on specific date and place fixed by the University with two sets of self-attested documents.

  5. Candidates have to produce original certificates for verification before interview.

  6. Appointment shall be made on merit determined on the basis of assessment of Academic Record and Interview.

  7. Appointment will be purely on contractual basis.

  8. The initial appointment shall be made for 11 months. Candidates may be considered for re-appointment subject to their performance in last 11 months.

  9. Appointees can never claim for regular appointment in future.

  10. Candidates should regularly visit University Website for necessary updates.
